Venison Fajitas

I made deer fajitas!!!

I used the tenderloin from the deer I was blessed to get during 2022 rifle season for this dish. I hit a few road bumps during the cooking process. Nevertheless I could not have been more satisfied with the results! I also made nachos with the leftovers and let me tell you what… I’m very ready for the fall and to restock the freezer!


Ingredients


- ~14 lbs of meat

- 3 bell peppers

- 2 onions

- flour tortillas


Dry Rub

- Misty’s all purpose seasoning

- Grill Mates Brown sugar bourbon

- Parsley Flakes

- Chill Powder


Spanish Rice

- I am unsure because I did not make it.
